Hi! I’m Gustavo Salvini. Here’s what I’m focused on right now:

Building

• Brainsource (brainsource.dev) is the company I founded in 2026: full-stack development plus AI, built on a manifesto I actually follow. Human as a Singularity, human in the loop, ownership, governance and continuity of knowledge. Second brains, agent harnesses and orchestration, multi-tenant SaaS, design systems and accessibility, events tech, travel tech and full-stack web. My European co-equippers open the door to Italy, San Marino and Albania.
• Thalamus (thalamus.bot) is the stack where all of it runs: my second brain wiki, the interactive contacts graph, the travel planner and the events app, deployed on my own infrastructure, worked daily by a small team of AI agents with roles, memory and a human who closes the loop.
• GS Travel Planner: AI itinerary planning in 10 languages. It stopped being a personal experiment and became a white label product for agencies.
• Pívot (pivot.lat), as co-founder and CTO. Emprendedurismo.com, a white label multi-tenant platform that sells the entrepreneurship toolkit to institutions and companies. And Cartelera Pívot, the public board of events, opportunities and news for the Uruguayan ecosystem, ingest and curation included.
• EcimTech: web work since 2008, the part that keeps paying for the experiments. WordPress, WooCommerce, e-learning campuses, SEO, security and web accessibility under the European Accessibility Act and Argentina’s ley 26.653.
• Sfida Studios, the digital transformation and web design arm for the Italian market, with the SFIDA STUDIOS trademark registered.
• Fundación da Vinci (davinci.lat), where I’ve been Head of IT since 2024. It’s the reason a campus virtual for public education is a reference and not a pitch.

Researching

• Agent harnesses and orchestration: memory, roles, permissions, governance and human checkpoints, so a team of agents can run every day and a person still owns every decision.
• Second brains and knowledge continuity: how to make what I learn accumulate instead of resetting with each new tool. Semantic search over my own knowledge base, and the boring discipline behind it.
• Travel tech and events tech: who is actually buying white label software, what moves in the market, and where a small shop with a multilingual product can stand.
• The human side of AI adoption: what people and teams do when the machine gets very good at the boring part, and which of our habits are worth keeping.

Writing

• The blog, in Spanish, Italian and English, the same piece in three languages when it deserves it. Recent posts: how I ended up designing the INCUBADORAS.LAT isologo, the loneliness of the hyper-productive, neural networks as lossy compression, stochastic parrots, from Boltzmann to ChatGPT.
• I write about the method, not only the result: how the second brain is built, what the agents do and don’t do, and what it costs to keep a one person company running like one with a team.

Personal goals

• Quality over quantity. Fewer things, actually finished.
• Keep it human centered. Technology is supposed to give time back, not take it.
• Time with my family that does not get rescheduled.
• Say “I don’t know” more often, and check before assuming.
